Upscale Flea Market

Last year I read an article about the White Elephant Sale and went on the last day. They neglected to mention most items are 50% off on the final day…so the single item we purchased, a copper trivet with Ganesha on it only set us back $0.25. We felt we had to buy something…

This year we went a bit later on Sunday and discovered, in some of the sections, about 2 hours before closing, they start handing out paper bags and you pay some ridiculously small amount of money for whatever you can fit in the bag. They never really have much of anything that one needs, but for $3, you can get an awful lot of scraps of fabric, yarn, buttons, etc. for craft projects and such.

I picked up this guy for $0.25.
